With the earth slowly awakening and the days steadily growing lighter this gathering invites you to connect deeply with the emerging season and each other, honoring themes of awakening, slowness, and preparation, and as the energetic new year rolls around.

What to Expect:
Opening Ceremony: A grounding ritual to honor the Full Moon and Winter season setting intentions for the season
Journaling & Expressive Art: A guided journaling exercise to help you reflect on what you’re carrying into spring. If you don't want to express in words, we will guide you through expressive art exercises fitted with the theme of this season Spring Ritual
Guided Meditation: slowing down, grounding into our senses and anchoring in the present moment.
Sound Bath: Gentle energy work to help you integrate the season’s energy and feel restored
Reflection & Closing: Reflect on the evening’s themes and intentions for the spring months
